Founded over 20 years ago by Mr. Mario Scianna, his visionary approach has significantly shaped the culinary landscape of South Coast Kenya, particularly in Diani.
Seven years ago, Mr. Roberto, Mario's son, took the helm of the business, continuing the legacy of exceptional values and the unique hospitality that make Leonardo's a beloved destination for locals and a renowned name internationally.
Diani’s First Italian Gelato — Leonardo’s introduced the very first authentic Italian gelato to Diani, crafted with the same techniques used in Mario Scianna’s hometown.
